5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the wood, structure, heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase.

The sauna is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor installation voids the warranty. Damage resulting from outdoor exposure, improper installation, misuse, modification, unauthorized repair or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions is not covered.

The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original installation location and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

The warranty covers parts but does not cover labor. Applicable transportation, shipping, taxes, duties and insurance associated with warranty parts may be the customer's responsibility.

Normal expansion and contraction of natural wood, including minor surface cracking, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Residential Use: Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years from the original purchase date. The wood structure carries a 1-year limited warranty.

Commercial Use: Heating elements and electronics are covered for 1 year from the original purchase date.

The K356 takes a different approach to the traditional rectangular sauna. Its 60" × 60" corner configuration turns an often-underused part of a home gym or wellness room into a substantial three-person retreat.

Inside, a generous 56" × 56" cabin creates room to settle in without requiring the long wall space of a conventional large sauna.

Natural Canadian Hemlock and bronze-tinted glass complete a design that looks intentional from every angle.

The larger corner cabin is surrounded by Low EMF FAR infrared heat.

Nine carbon heating panels are strategically positioned throughout the K356, including floor heating, creating an enveloping infrared environment across its three-person interior.

Set your preferred session within the recommended 118°F–132°F range, with the ability to heat the cabin up to approximately 140°F.

This is infrared warmth designed for a genuinely spacious cabin—not a compact sauna stretched to accommodate another seat.
