5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the wood, structure, heating elements and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase.

This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing the sauna outdoors will void the warranty. Damage caused by rain, snow, sun, wind, extreme temperatures or modifications to the sauna or its components is not covered.

The warranty applies to products delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original installation site only. The warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase is required.

Defective parts may need to be returned as part of the warranty process. Customers are responsible for applicable transportation, shipping, taxes, duties and insurance associated with returned parts.

The warranty covers parts but does not cover labor.

The warranty does not cover negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, outdoor use, normal wear and tear, weathering, use contrary to instructions or a worn-out receptacle.

Surface cracks resulting from normal wood expansion and contraction are not considered defects in material or workmanship.

Residential Use: Heating elements and electronics are covered for 5 years from the original date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1-year limited warranty.

Commercial Use: Heating elements and electronics are covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns must be requested and processed within 30 days of delivery.

All returns require prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Cancelled orders and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee per sauna. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the seller, along with any applicable handling, storage or routing fees.

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return has been received, inspected and approved. Products returned damaged or that do not meet the return requirements may be ineligible for a full refund.

The Maxxus Seattle ships directly from the warehouse by freight.

In-stock saunas are typically scheduled to ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, tracking information is provided and the freight carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange delivery.

Delivery is curbside/end-of-driveway delivery. The Seattle ships in 2 boxes. Inside delivery, placement and assembly are not included.

Please inspect all packages for visible damage at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Remote, difficult-to-access or island locations may require additional delivery arrangements or fees.
