30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products (devices, wellness tech, and similar items) may be returned within 30 days of purchase if sealed, unopened, in original packaging, unused, and unaltered, with valid proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Aging Bueno before any item is returned — returns shipped without a valid RMA may be refused or returned to sender. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law. Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days following receipt and inspection. Damage, missing components, or improper handling may affect return eligibility or refund amount.

Restocking fees may apply; contact us for details. In most cases, a restocking fee of 20% applies. The restocking fee should not exceed 25%.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

• Standard shipping: most orders ship within 5–60 business days.
• Large equipment / white-glove deliveries: oversized systems requiring freight, indoor placement, installation coordination, or specialized logistics may take up to 80 business days before delivery.
• Shipping timelines begin after: payment is received, required order information is confirmed, and any site or delivery coordination is completed.

White Glove Delivery

Many premium systems are delivered using professional white glove freight services. These deliveries may include scheduled delivery appointments, specialized freight handling, indoor placement, and coordination with the customer regarding access, installation requirements, and delivery logistics. Delivery dates are scheduled directly with the customer once the shipment is ready.

Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to meet estimated shipping windows, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including manufacturing schedules, supply chain disruptions, freight carrier availability, weather events, customs processing, or delivery site accessibility. Estimated shipping times are provided as good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. If any visible damage is observed, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact Aging Bueno within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
