First introduced in 2012 and continually refined since, the Dreampod V2 is the flagship model designed for float centers and professional wellness environments.

Its high-gloss fiberglass and plastic exterior surrounds a solid foam core for enhanced soundproofing and heat retention, while the smooth interior, passive air circulation, anti-slip flooring, underwater audio and immersive lighting create a carefully controlled floating environment.

Automated Water Care

The V2 is engineered to simplify the daily operation of a commercial float business.

A 10-micron filtration system, UV sanitation and dual chemical injection system work together to maintain the float solution. Automated schedules can control filtration, UV operation and chemical dosing between sessions.

The V2 connects to a standard TCP/IP network, giving operators access to its web-based control system from an iPhone, iPad, PC or Mac.

The Dreampod V2 Float Pod is covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Fiberglass Material Construction: 2 Years

The V2's fiberglass material construction is covered for two (2) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Electronic & Mechanical Components: 1 Year

Electronic and mechanical components are covered for one (1) year from the original retail purchase date.

Applicable components include:

Pump
Chiller unit
Filtration system
Computer/control systems

Warranty Remedies

If an eligible hardware defect occurs during the applicable warranty period and a valid claim is approved, the manufacturer may, at its discretion:

Repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
Replace the affected product with a new or functionally equivalent product manufactured using new or serviceable used parts.

A replacement or repaired part assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What's Not Covered

The manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Unauthorized alterations or modifications
Installation of components not approved by the manufacturer
Use with non-approved products or components
Accident, abuse, or misuse
Flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
Operation outside the product's intended or permitted use
Service, repairs, or upgrades performed by an unauthorized party

The manufacturer does not warrant that operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Return Transportation for Warranty Service

The manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover the cost of returning the product for warranty service.

Applicable return transportation costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

How long does production take?

If a V2 needs to be manufactured, Dreampod states that production can take a maximum of approximately 60 days, although some units may be manufactured within approximately 45 days.

U.S. delivery may be significantly faster when inventory is already available at the Utah warehouse.

Dreampod manufactures its own float systems and maintains access to replacement components.
