Connectivity

The Dreampod float tank connects to almost any standard TCP/IP network allowing easy access from anywhere in the facility, wired or wireless. After powering it on you access its control panel via your Laptop or PC, iPhone & iPad.

Dreampod float pods and Ice Series products are covered by Dream Water Ltd.'s limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original owner. Coverage length depends on the material and the component.

Coverage periods. Fiberglass construction: 2 years. Inflatable PVC construction: 6 months. All electronic and mechanical components — pump, chiller unit, filtration system, control systems: 1 year.

Which is which. Fiberglass — V2, Vmax, Sport, Home Float Pro, Ice Bath, Cold Plunge Barrel. Inflatable PVC — Home Float FLEX, Ice Bath FLEX, Cold Plunge Barrel FLEX. On every model, the pump, chiller, filtration and control systems carry 1 year.

What's covered. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Dreampod repairs with new or refurbished parts, or exchanges for a functionally equivalent unit, at its discretion. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What's not. Alterations or repairs by anyone other than a Dreampod representative, non-approved components, accident, abuse or misuse, natural disasters, use outside the product's intended purpose, and third-party software or hardware. Return shipping for warranty service is the customer's responsibility.

Mineral Soaker. Warranty terms for this model aren't covered by the published policy — contact us before ordering and we'll confirm them in writing.

Returns & Cancellations

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@agingbueno.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the return process and coordinate with Dreampod on your behalf. Do not ship the item back until we have confirmed that your return has been authorized. 30 day return policy.

Return Condition Requirements
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including all original packaging, components, and accessories. Products that have been assembled, used, altered, or modified are not eligible for return.

Return Costs
We want to be transparent about the costs associated with returning large, freight-shipped equipment. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are also responsible for return freight shipping costs, and the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs in both directions are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once Dreampod receives and inspects the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days following inspection approval.

Damaged on Arrival?
If your order arrives damaged, document the damage on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery and contact us at support@agingbueno.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. Aging Bueno will assist with the freight claim and coordinate the appropriate replacement. No restocking fee applies to properly documented and approved freight-damage claims.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact support@agingbueno.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests submitted before an item ships are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has shipped, the standard 30-day return process applies.

U.S. customers may receive a unit in as little as 7 days when inventory is available

Due to the size and commercial nature of the Dreampod V-Max, freight delivery and site preparation may be required.

We recommend confirming doorway clearance, installation space, electrical requirements, water access, drainage, and other site requirements before ordering.
