MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

The Dreampod Sport Float Pod is covered by Dreampod's manufacturer limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

Fiberglass Material Construction: 2 Years

The fiberglass construction of the Sport Float Pod is covered for two (2) years from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.

Electronic & Mechanical Components: 1 Year

Electronic and mechanical components are covered for one (1) year.

Dreampod specifically identifies applicable components including:

  Computer systems
  

The manufacturer's detailed warranty specifically lists the Sport among the Floatation Pod Series covered by these terms.

Warranty Remedies

If a hardware defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the applicable warranty period, Dreampod may, at its discretion:

• 
  Repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  
• 
  Exchange the affected product for a new or functionally equivalent product manufactured using new or serviceable used parts.
  

A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What's Not Covered

The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• 
  Failure to follow product-use instructions
  
• 
  Unauthorized alterations or modifications
  
• 
  Installation of components not approved by Dreampod
  
• 
  Use with non-approved products
  
• 
  Accident, abuse or misuse
  
• 
  Flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes
  
• 
  Operation outside the product's permitted or intended uses
  
• 
  Service or upgrades performed by anyone who is not a Dreampod representative
  

The warranty also does not cover the cost of returning the product to Dreampod.

30-Day Return Period

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in the same condition received
  
• In its original packaging
  
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  

All return and refund communication is handled through Aging Bueno as your authorized retailer.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and you will be notified that the return has been received. An update regarding your refund status will be provided following inspection.

Refunds

If the return is approved, the refund will be based on the amount paid for the applicable product, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
