LED Controller & PEMF Visualizer

The included controller provides access to the mat's heat, PEMF, and light-therapy settings while allowing PEMF frequencies to be visualized in real time.

5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

The HealthyLine Platinum Series includes a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date and is subject to the terms applicable to each year of coverage.

Years 1–2

For an eligible manufacturing defect during the first or second year:

• A return shipping label is provided within the continental United States
• The product must be returned for inspection
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, an eligible replacement is provided at no charge
• Eligible controller replacement is also provided at no charge, including shipping within the continental U.S.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Year 3

During the third year:

• Customer is responsible for shipping both ways
• An eligible replacement is subject to a 10% deductible based on the product's retail price
• Eligible controller replacement remains free, although shipping charges apply

Years 4–5

During the fourth and fifth years:

• Customer is responsible for shipping both ways
• An eligible replacement is subject to a 20% deductible based on the product's retail price
• Eligible controller replacement remains free, although shipping charges apply

What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal use and when the product is used according to the provided instructions.

What Isn't Covered

The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse
• Accidents
• Negligent or incorrect use
• Unauthorized repairs
• User-caused physical damage

If inspection determines that an issue resulted from improper use rather than a manufacturing defect, warranty coverage may be denied.

Replacement Products

Approved warranty replacements may be new, open-box, or refurbished, depending on availability and the condition of the returned product.

The 5-year limited warranty becomes void after two replacements during the warranty period.

Warranty Claims

A warranty claim requires:

• Proof of purchase
• Order information
• Product serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video if requested
• Return Goods Authorization (RGA) before returning the product

Troubleshooting may be performed before a return is authorized.

The affected product must be returned for inspection when required before a replacement can be issued.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial

The HealthyLine Platinum Series includes a 90-day risk-free trial, giving you time to experience your mat at home.

If you’re not satisfied, an eligible Platinum Series mat may be returned within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

All returns purchased through Aging Bueno must be initiated through Aging Bueno before the product is shipped back.

Return Conditions

To qualify for the 90-day return:

• The product must be returned within 90 days of delivery
• The product must be functional and in its original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before shipment
• The product must be properly packaged for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, including applicable shipping costs associated with orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Return boxes, shipping materials, and return labels are not provided for standard 90-day trial returns.

Important Mat Folding Instructions

If your gemstone mat needs to be folded for return, it must be folded with the gemstones facing inward and only along its designated folding points.

Medium mats should be folded in half, while applicable full-size mats should be folded into thirds.

Improper folding may be considered misuse and could affect return eligibility or the refund amount.

Inspection & Refund

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and tested to verify its condition and functionality.

After the return is approved, the eligible purchase price will be refunded, less applicable shipping costs, within 10 business days of inspection.

Products returned damaged, improperly folded, incomplete, or outside the applicable return conditions may be subject to deductions or may not qualify for a full refund.

Alaska, Hawaii & International Returns

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are responsible for applicable shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges.

Free Ground Shipping

Free standard ground shipping is included on qualifying orders over $1,000 within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are not eligible for free ground shipping and may incur additional shipping charges.

Processing Time

HealthyLine products undergo an additional quality check before leaving the warehouse.

Most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Approximate transit times may vary by destination, carrier volume, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.

For eligible U.S. orders, expedited delivery typically takes approximately 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Expedited shipping availability may be limited for international orders.

Order Confirmation for Purchases Over $2,500

Orders totaling $2,500 or more require confirmation before shipment.

Please make sure the phone number and email address entered with your order are accurate. If confirmation cannot be completed, your shipment may be placed on hold until the order can be verified.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the shipment directly with the carrier.

HealthyLine uses established carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on the order and destination.

Delivery Issues

Please inspect and track your shipment carefully.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, shipment issue, loss, or damage, please contact the carrier and notify Aging Bueno within 3 days so we can assist with the appropriate next steps.

If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, additional return or redelivery fees may apply.

Changes After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, address or delivery changes generally need to be coordinated directly with the carrier.

If an order is canceled after shipment, applicable shipping and return costs may apply under the return policy.

Customers outside the contiguous 48 United States are responsible for applicable shipping charges.
