Water Care

Maintain proper water chemistry to help protect your cold plunge and its components.

Dynamic Cold Therapy recommends monitoring your water's pH and alkalinity and adjusting them as necessary.

Filtration & Sanitation

When paired with the compatible Dynamic Cold Therapy chiller system, filtration and ozone sanitation help maintain clean, clear water.

Dynamic Cold Therapy recommends replacing the filter cartridge approximately every 4 weeks, or as needed depending on frequency of use and water conditions.

Filling & Draining

The plunge features a fill and drain valve designed for connection to a standard outdoor garden hose.

To fill: Connect a hose and fill the plunge to the appropriate water level.

To drain: Turn off and unplug connected equipment first. Connect a hose to the drain valve and direct the water to an appropriate drainage location.

Outdoor Use

With the exception of the chiller, the primary plunge components are designed to withstand wet environments.

When installing the system outdoors, protect the chiller from excessive water exposure and harsh weather conditions.

1-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty

Dynamic Cold Therapy warrants that the Cold Plunge Tub, when purchased from an authorized seller and received in its original, undamaged packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

During the applicable warranty period, Dynamic Cold Therapy or its authorized agent may, at its discretion, repair or replace parts determined to be defective.

The manufacturer's warranty begins on the original date of sale to the end user and remains in effect for 1 year (12 months).

What's Not Covered

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

• Damage to the finish of any part of the tub
• Fading or discoloration caused by UV exposure
• Damage resulting from storage in below-freezing temperatures
• Damage caused by neglect, abuse, improper assembly, or improper use
• Corrosion or discoloration resulting from inadequate water maintenance
• Freight or customs-clearance charges associated with returning or shipping replacement parts
• Damage to or loss of goods during transportation
• Labor costs associated with a warranty claim

Warranty Conditions

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Original proof of purchase is required and must be properly registered with Dynamic Cold Therapy or one of its appointed distributors.
• Dynamic Cold Therapy reserves the right to examine any component for which replacement is requested under warranty.
• If a product must be returned for a warranty claim, it must be returned to the place of purchase in its original packaging.
• Transportation, insurance, and associated charges are the customer's responsibility, and the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage during return transportation.
• Warranty coverage begins upon the original sale of the product to the end user and expires 12 months from the original sale date.
• Dynamic Cold Therapy reserves the right to update or modify its warranty terms as permitted by applicable law.

Warranty claims and coverage are subject to Dynamic Cold Therapy's applicable manufacturer warranty terms and approval.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible returns are accepted subject to the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Before returning any product, you must contact Aging Bueno and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Do not ship your product back without prior authorization.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be new and unused.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• All original components and accessories must be included.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before the product is shipped back.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, improperly packaged, or returned without authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the approved refund.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with transporting the product to and from the seller.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer assumes the risk of loss or damage associated with return transportation. We strongly recommend following all return-packaging and shipping instructions provided with your return authorization.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the return meets the applicable return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be processed within approximately 5 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, and other permitted deductions will be deducted from the refund.

Products returned used, damaged, without their original packaging, or otherwise outside the return requirements may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your shipment for visible damage at the time of delivery.

If you notice minor damage to the packaging, including scratches, dents, punctures, or scuff marks, document the damage on the delivery receipt and take photographs before accepting the shipment.

If the shipment has significant visible damage, such as a large hole, severely crushed packaging, or other damage that may have affected the product, please refuse the delivery and contact Aging Bueno as soon as possible.

All returns, refunds, cancellations, and associated fees are subject to the applicable return terms and approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Your Dynamic Cold Therapy Cold Plunge will typically ship from the warehouse within 2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your cold plunge leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Scheduling

For products delivered via freight, the freight carrier will typically contact you approximately 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day and time.

Delivery is normally scheduled within a 4-hour window.

If your delivery location has any special access considerations—including remote areas, long or narrow driveways, large or low-hanging trees, gated access, apartment or condominium complexes, stairs, or other potential delivery restrictions—please contact Aging Bueno before your order ships so these concerns can be addressed in advance.

Freight & Curbside Delivery

Your Dynamic Cold Therapy Cold Plunge may be delivered in a crate or boxes secured to a pallet.

Freight shipments may arrive on a 53-foot semi-truck, so please ensure your delivery location can accommodate a large freight vehicle.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The driver will unload the crate, box, or pallet at the curb or end of your driveway.

Moving the product inside your home or business, placement, unpacking, assembly, and installation are not included with standard curbside delivery unless otherwise stated.

Inspect Your Shipment Upon Delivery

Once the driver has unloaded your shipment, please inspect it immediately for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

If you notice minor scratches, indentations, scuff marks, punctures, or other visible damage to the exterior packaging:

• Clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt.
• Take photographs of the packaging and visible damage for your records.

You do not need to open the crate or boxes to perform the initial delivery inspection.

Significant Freight Damage

If you see significant visible damage, such as a large hole, severely crushed packaging, or other substantial damage that may have occurred during freight transportation, refuse the delivery and contact Aging Bueno as soon as possible.

Documenting visible freight damage at the time of delivery is important for processing any applicable freight claim.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order leaves the warehouse.

For freight shipments, the carrier will then contact you to coordinate the delivery appointment when applicable.
