Minimal Maintenance Required

Your cold plunge is designed for simple, hassle-free ownership. Beyond a few basic care steps, no regular maintenance is required.

Water Care

To help extend the life of your plunge and protect its components, we recommend regularly monitoring your water’s pH and alkalinity levels. Properly balanced water helps reduce corrosion and keeps your plunge performing at its best.

Test your water periodically and adjust pH and alkalinity as needed using appropriate water-care products.

Filter Replacement

For optimal filtration and water quality, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge approximately every 4 weeks, or as needed depending on frequency of use and water conditions.

Keeping a fresh filter installed helps maintain proper water circulation and keeps your plunge water cleaner between changes.

Easy, Low-Maintenance Operation

Simply set up your plunge, fill it with water, and enjoy. While occasional draining and refilling may be necessary, the integrated sanitation and filtration system helps maintain clean, clear water while minimizing ongoing upkeep.

Electrical Information

Our cold plunge systems are equipped with GFCI-protected, water-resistant controls for added electrical safety.

The sanitation system is designed to operate on a timed cycle, while the circulation pump is engineered for continuous operation. The chiller automatically activates as needed to maintain your selected water temperature.

Waterproof Information

With the exception of the chiller, the primary plunge components are designed to withstand wet environments.

Although the chiller is designed for use around cold-plunge systems and moisture, we recommend keeping it protected from excessive water exposure and harsh weather conditions—particularly when installing your plunge outdoors.

Filling & Draining

The plunge features a convenient fill and drain valve designed to connect to a standard outdoor garden hose.

To fill: Connect a hose to the valve and fill the plunge to the recommended water level.

To drain: Turn off and unplug the system first. Connect a hose to the drain valve, then direct the water to an appropriate drainage location.

This simple setup makes routine water changes quick and convenient.

DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY warrants that the Cold Plunge Tub, purchased from an authorized agent and in its undamaged original packaging, is free from defects in materials and workmanship. DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY or its agent will, at their discretion, repair or replace parts that become defective within
the warranty period, subject to the specific conditions below.
General Exclusions
 Damage to the finish of any part of the tub
 Fading or discoloration from UV exposure
 Damage from storage in below freezing temperatures
 Damage due to neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly or use of the tub
 Damage due to corrosion or discoloration from lack of water maintenance
 Any charges for freight or customs clearance associated with the return or dispatch of parts
 Any damage to or loss of goods during transport of any kind
 Any labor cost associated with a warranty claim
General Conditions
 Original proof of purchase must be correctly registered with DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY or one of its appointed distributors
 DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY reserves the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty
 Warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable
 The product must be returned to your place of purchase in original packaging with transportation, insurance and associated charges paid for by you and risk of loss or damage assumed by you
 DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY makes no other warranties except as stated here and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty. Neither DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY nor its associates shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages
 Manufacturer's warranty automatically commences upon sale of the product to end user and expires upon 1 year (12 months) from the original sale date
 DYNAMIC COLD THERAPY reserve the right to update or modify this warranty as needed.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Enjoy added peace of mind with a 1-year limited warranty on all parts.

Our quick-connect system is designed to make compatible components easy to access and replace. Simply disconnect and reconnect applicable components without complicated servicing.

This modular design makes the system easier to maintain and can allow many routine component replacements or repairs to be handled conveniently over the life of your plunge.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, and service requirements are subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty.

ASSEMBLY, AND USAGE OF YOUR DYNAMIC COLD PLUNGE

Your Dynamic Cold Plunge will ship out of our warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.

You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

The Dynamic Cold Plunge will be delivered in crates of or boxes on pallets. Our Dynamic Cold Plunge are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the crate or pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.

Once the driver has unloaded the create or pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the crate or boxes to inspect the Dynamic Cold Plunge . Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).
