Your cold plunge is designed for simple, hassle-free ownership. Beyond a few basic care steps, maintenance is straightforward.

Water Care

To help extend the life of your plunge and protect its components, we recommend regularly monitoring your water’s pH and alkalinity levels. Properly balanced water helps reduce corrosion and keeps your plunge performing at its best.

Test your water periodically and adjust pH and alkalinity as needed using appropriate water-care products.

Filter Replacement

When using your plunge with a compatible filtration system, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge approximately every 4 weeks, or as needed depending on frequency of use and water conditions.

Keeping a fresh filter installed helps maintain proper water circulation and cleaner water between changes.

Easy, Low-Maintenance Operation

Simply set up your plunge, fill it with water, and enjoy. Occasional draining and refilling may be necessary. When paired with a compatible filtration and sanitation system, routine filtration and sanitation can help maintain clean, clear water between changes.

Waterproof Information

With the exception of the chiller, the primary plunge components are designed to withstand wet environments.

Although the chiller is designed for use in moist environments, the manufacturer recommends protecting it when the plunge is used outdoors.

Filling & Draining

The plunge features a convenient fill and drain valve that connects to a standard outdoor hose.

To fill: Connect a hose to the valve and fill the plunge to your desired water level.

To drain: Turn off and unplug any connected equipment first. Connect a hose to the drain valve, then direct the water to an appropriate drainage location.

This simple setup makes routine water changes quick and convenient.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns for Dynamic Cold Therapy products are subject to the manufacturer's return requirements outlined below.

Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

30-Day Return Window
Eligible returns must be initiated and processed within 30 days of delivery.

Return Condition
Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. All returns require prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the product is shipped back.

Please do not return your product without first contacting Aging Bueno.

Restocking & Shipping Fees
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with transporting the product to and from the supplier.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days. Products that are returned damaged, used, without their original packaging, or without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Contact support@agingbueno.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will coordinate the return authorization process with Dynamic Cold Therapy and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Do not ship your product back before receiving return authorization and instructions from Aging Bueno.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your Dynamic Cold Therapy Cold Plunge ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order through delivery.

Delivery Scheduling

For products shipped via freight, the freight carrier will contact you approximately 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery day and time.

Delivery appointments are typically provided within a 4-hour window.

If your property has potential delivery restrictions—including a remote location, long or narrow driveway, low-hanging trees, gated access, apartment or condominium access, stairs, or other accessibility concerns—please contact us before your order ships.

Curbside Delivery

When freight delivery is required, your order may arrive in boxes or crates secured to a pallet.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The driver will unload the shipment at the curb or end of your driveway. Moving the product inside your home, assembly, and placement are not included with standard curbside delivery unless otherwise stated.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment for visible damage before accepting delivery.

If you notice minor scratches, dents, punctures, scuffs, or other visible damage to the packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos for your records.

If the shipment has significant visible damage, such as a large hole, crushed packaging, or substantial damage that may have affected the product, please refuse the delivery and contact Aging Bueno immediately.

You do not need to completely unpack the product at the time of delivery to perform the initial inspection.
